The SY5884 is a power management IC (PMIC) designed for SSD, notebook, desktop, and embedded computing platforms. There are three DCDC converters and two linear regulators
integrated into SY5884, which can minimize the needs of external components so that it can ease the layout in constraint PCB area of SSD module. The DCDC converters provided power for
NAND FLASH and Controller is of high accuracy, high efficiency and high flexibility. Two LDOs provided power rail for peripherals and pull-up resistors.
The SY5884 provides protection for SSD when fault happens, such as over current, output over voltage, output under voltage, short circuit, input over voltage and over temperature.
The SY5884 is halogen and lead free device, compliant with RoHS. The package is CSP2.4*2.8-36.
